Dr Dan Nicholls previously served as Deputy CEO of Cabot Learning Federation and principal of Bristol Brunel Academy before taking up the CEO role at The White Horse Federation in 2024. The White Horse Federation brings together over 30 schools with academies across Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
