Danielle Lewis-Egonu has over 20 years of experience in school improvement and leadership development and has published work on education leadership. Cygnus Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust of 8 primary schools with hubs across South East London, Dartford and Tonbridge.
 
Alex Russell - Bourne Education Trust
 

Alex Russell is a former headteacher who turned around Epsom and Ewell High School and has led the trust since co-founding it in 2011. In 2024, he co-founded the charity, AI in Education, supporting schools and colleges to use artificial intelligence safely, ethically and effectively. Bourne Education Trust has grown into a large trust with over 40 schools spanning primary, secondary, specialist and alternative provision across Surrey, Hampshire and London.
