Martin Vevers is a former headteacher who now serves as CEO of the Laurus Trust and was named a Department for Education RISE adviser in 2025. The Laurus Trust is a Stockport-based multi-academy trust spanning six primary schools, six high schools, four Sixth Forms and one alternative provision school.
